Montreal Veggies

Red, Orange, or Yellow bell peppers chopped
Red Onion chopped
Zucchini or Yellow Sqaush chopped
Mushrooms whole, halved, or sliced

Toss in a bowl with olive oil and a good dose Montreal Steak Seasoning. Wait 30 min or so and grill or saute until desired doneness. I happen to like mine char grilled.
