Crockpot Roast

1 beef roast, any kind, sized to fit your crockpot

1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix

1 pkg brown gravy mix

1 pkg Italian dressing mix

1/2 c or more warm water

Place roast in crockpot. Mix all 3 envelopes of seasonings together and sprinkle on top of roast. Pour water in the bottom of the crockpot. Cook on low for 6-7 hours.

Great because it makes its own gravy!!!
